WINGRIP All In One Vacuum Anchor Fall Protection System

MSA Latchways WinGrip is a vacuum anchor fall protection system for use in aviation maintenance and manufacturing of aircraft. WinGrip is safe and flexible, it can be used on the fuselage, stabilisers and wings; the system is quick to install, simple to use and is suitable for work inside the hangar and outside on the apron. The MSA Latchways WinGrip system offers an effective solution for fall protection during aircraft manufacture, maintenance and inspection.

Falls from height are the single biggest cause of death and one of the biggest causes of serious injury in the workplace today. Anyone allowing operatives to work at height has a responsibility for their safety. As fall protection becomes more of a major issue and legal measures are increasingly introduced across the world, MSA Latchways WinGrip has become more widely used across many differing environments.

The MSA Latchways WinGrip AIO (All in One) is the latest addition to the MSA's range of WinGrip vacuum anchor fall protection systems. The AIO is an individual pad and is a fully portable unit. Easy to use and quick to install, it allows safe access to walking areas of wings or structural sections of the fuselage.

A 'clip-on' rechargeable gas bottle (not included) powers this new addition to the WinGrip range. Once the pad has been vacuum locked in place, the worker can attach to the system using a full body harness and work positioning rope. The rechargeable gas bottle can be filled from a nitrogen cart found in any hanger, and allows the worker six hours of operating time before needing to be refilled.

All WinGrip systems are thoroughly tested to exceed industry requirements.

The WinGrip range consists of four systems and has been designed in a modular way, incorporating interchangeable components. This gives you more choice and flexibility when resolving worker fall protection issues. The All-in-One (AIO) System is ideal for flight line checks or other remote tasks - Vacuum anchor featuring removable, rechargeable gas cylinder.
