2. Acceptance of Goods

All goods will be deemed received in good order and without shortage unless Henchman receives written notice of any discrepancy within seven (7) days of delivery. Failure to notify Henchman in writing within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

 

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

Returned goods or canceled orders will only be accepted with Henchman’s prior written approval. All freight charges for returns must be prepaid by the Buyer.

• Returned goods (if accepted) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the invoice date.
• Exchanges may be accepted if items are in original, unmarked packaging and in saleable condition.
• All refunds or exchanges are at Henchman’s discretion.
• Special-order items may be non-cancelable and may incur additional restocking fees.

 

4. Pricing – United States

Unless stated otherwise, all published prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be changed at any time without notice. Prices shown do not include sales tax, which will be added where applicable.

 

5. Pricing – International Orders

All published prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless another currency is selected. Non-USD payments may be processed in USD at the exchange rate applied by your financial institution. International orders may be exempt from U.S. sales tax but may incur duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

 

6. Shipping – United States

Freight charges apply to all orders unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping cost and risk of loss during transit are the Buyer’s responsibility.
• Standard domestic shipping rates apply; hazardous materials may incur additional charges.
• Same-day dispatch may be available for in-stock items ordered before 3:00 PM local warehouse time.

 

7. Shipping – International

Freight cost and risk of loss during international transit are the Buyer’s responsibility.
If a Buyer provides their own freight account, it will be used; otherwise, Henchman will quote freight charges per order.

 

8. Title & Risk

Title to goods passes to the Buyer only after full payment is received.
Risk of loss during transit passes to the Buyer once goods are handed to the Buyer’s carrier or shipping agent.

 

9. Delivery Times

Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays do not relieve the Buyer of payment responsibilities. Henchman is not liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

 

10. Product Warranties

Unless required by U.S. law, Henchman disclaims all express or implied warranties not expressly provided in writing.

Henchman warrants that goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from shipment (or limited lifetime where explicitly stated). Warranty is void if goods are:

• altered or repaired without Henchman’s authorization,
• misused, improperly installed, damaged due to normal wear and tear, or subjected to unsuitable operating conditions.

Warranty is limited to either:
a. replacing defective goods or supplying equivalent goods; or
b. paying the cost of replacement or equivalent goods.

Non-warranty claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Return freight is the Buyer’s responsibility, and proof of purchase must be included.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Your use of this website is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Henchman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

You agree to indemnify Henchman and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors against claims arising out of your use of this website.

Henchman does not warrant the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or reliable.
