Electronic Tool Control Solutions: The henchmanTRAK is a family of electronic Tool Control systems that can maintain accountability for the issue and return of hand and power tools to an engineer and work area/ tail number.  Within this range is our famous patent pending Automated Electronic Tool Control System the kabTRAK which manages hand tools in a cabinet with drawers. The kabTRAK does not require any modification of tools, not tags to be fitted or scanning equipment. As a result, it is significantly more efficient and requires far less maintenance.

Visual Tool Control & Customized Kits: Henchman USA is a supplier of dual colour shadow foam for tool storage and Visual Tool Control that is fully customizable. Our foam has a contrasting top layer thermally bonded to the brightly coloured high-density foam, making it extremely durable, easy to clean and great for labelling or laser marking. The colour contrast makes it clear at a glance which tools are absent from the toolbox yet still in use. Once an order is placed, design layout drawings will be sent for pre-approval before cutting foam tool trays and we will collaborate with the customer for any changes.
